Job Description – Product Owner (AI Chatbots & Digital Commerce) Location: Canada _ Remote Experience: 8–10 Years (Relevant: 8 Years) Domain: Telecom Please share the resume by mail aravind@burgeonits.net Roles & Responsibilities • Strong product knowledge of virtual assistants, chatbots, Conversational Generative AI, Agent Assist, bonus if have Voice bot experience. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Takes initiative and has an analytical mindset, makes data driven decisions, always focused on driving value and elevating the customer experience in the product features being delivered. Good understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies. Mandatory Skills • Digital commerce, AI, Chatbot in telco domain Desired Skills Product Owner AI Chatbot, Java, Spring boot Qualifications • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. • 8–10 years of overall experience with at least 8 years in relevant roles.
