Job Title: MES Project Manager Location: US – Multi-site (Travel Required) Experience: 10+ Years Work Mode: Remote (Travel as needed) Please share me the resumes at pranay@burgeonits.com Job Description We are seeking an experienced MES Project Manager to lead end-to-end Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementations across multiple manufacturing sites. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution through validation, go-live, and post–go-live support—while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder coordination. Key Skills & Experience • 7+ years of project management experience in MES or manufacturing systems • Strong MES implementation and delivery experience • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes: batch, packaging, serialization • Regulatory compliance expertise: GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Data Integrity • Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional team management • Experience managing multi-site and global teams • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • PMP certification preferred Nice to Have • Organizational Change Management & Training • Quality, Compliance & Validation activities • Post–go-live support and continuous improvement
