Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000/annually Job Summary: Under the direction of the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager is responsible for attaining the sale and profit targets established for Buona Restaurant and Buona Catering retail. Responsibilities: · Achieve sales targets · Recognize all revenue areas & development strategies to impact sales · Enforce and execute advertising and marketing plans, and HR and training materials · Manage and control direct expenses · Direct labor, food cost variances, repairs and maintenance, discounts, and other direct expenses · Selection, retention, supervision, and training of all employees · Conduct quarterly reviews · Adhere to established training programs · Determine advancement/termination · Develop employees into shift managers · Provide guidance to our talented & motivated team and lead them toward success · Embrace our balanced corporate structure and strong, family-culture · Enforce policies, procedures, and controls Qualifications and Skills: • Minimum of 5 years in a AGM role (QSR preferred) • Drive-thru and Catering experience preferred • Familiar with and comfortable leading 10+ team members per shift • Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting • Strong knowledge of commonly used restaurant practices, concepts, and procedures • Strong administrative, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills • Strong leadership and communication skills · Ability to lead 10+ team members per shift · Ability to work with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting Benefits: · Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance · Flexible Spending Account · 401(k) with 4% Employer Match · Quarterly and periodic bonuses · Work/Life Balance + PTO · Referral Programs ($1500 per referred manager) · Training & Development Programs • · Restaurant & Catering Discount
