Full Description

What if your next role gave you the chance to own seven-figure opportunities, influence the sales motion from the ground up, and sell a product that enterprise insurance teams are already calling transformational? If you're an Enterprise AE who thrives in high-impact environments—and you're ready for a role where your expertise actually shapes the company's trajectory—this may be the opportunity you've been waiting to step into. About the Role We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate our expansion across the insurance market. In this role, you'll lead full-cycle enterprise sales—driving discovery, defining workflows, orchestrating evaluations, and closing high-value multi-stakeholder deals. You'll be selling a next-generation AI platform that automates complex underwriting and operational workflows. The product already has strong adoption across insurers managing billions in premiums, and demand is increasing month after month. This is a chance to step into a company where your wins are visible, your ideas matter, and your deals genuinely move the industry forward. What You'll Be Doing • Run full-cycle enterprise sales from lead qualification through close • Partner with SDR and marketing to convert interest into revenue • Lead tailored discovery, demo, and solution alignment conversations with underwriting, claims, and operational leaders • Translate complex insurance workflows into clear ROI narratives • Build and maintain a precise pipeline with accurate forecasting • Influence messaging, positioning, pricing, and process as we scale • Become a trusted advisor to senior insurance executives navigating AI transformation You'll operate in an environment where speed, ownership, and craftsmanship set the tone—and where your actions have immediate impact. Why This Role Is Different There are roles where you "sell a product," and then there are roles where you shape a market. In this one, you'll experience: • Unusually Strong Market Pull Many carriers are already searching for AI-driven workflow automation. You'll enter conversations where urgency is real and budget is already allocated. • A Product That Actually Solves Pain Insurance teams are drowning in manual submissions, audits, and document workflows. This platform removes hours—sometimes days—of operational friction. • A Chance to Build Rather Than Inherit If you've ever wished you could help write the playbook instead of follow one, you'll feel at home here. • Direct Access to Leadership Your voice influences GTM strategy, product direction, and competitive positioning. • Momentum You Can Feel Funded by leading VCs, rapidly scaling, and already embedded in organizations with massive premium volume. If you've ever thought: “Give me the right product, the right moment, and the right team—I'll do the rest.” …this is that moment. Who Will Thrive Here You'll stand out if you bring: • 3–5+ years of enterprise, full-cycle closing experience • Experience selling to insurance carriers, MGAs, or brokers • Comfort navigating six- to seven-figure ACVs and long sales cycles • A consultative, workflow-oriented discovery approach • An ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business value • Curiosity, resilience, and an appetite for 0→1 environments • A desire to be in-office with a high-performance GTM team This role is designed for someone who wants to win big, not just “do well.” Why You'll Want to Join Without naming names, you will join a team: • Led by executives who have already built category-defining products • Backed by world-class investors known for scaling iconic AI companies • Working with insurers who collectively manage tens of billions in premiums • Solving some of the most painful, expensive, and impactful problems in the industry And you'll be one of the early people helping to build something that becomes the standard for AI-driven insurance workflows. Compensation & Benefits We believe extraordinary work deserves extraordinary reward. Compensation Package: • Base salary: $150,000 – $200,000 • On-target earnings (OTE): $300,000 – $400,000+(uncapped) • Competitive equity package Benefits: • Full medical, dental, and vision coverage • 5 days/week in our San Francisco office (collaborative, high-performance environment) • Opportunity to influence GTM, sales process, and pricing from the ground up • Rapid career growth in a fast-scaling AI company • Visa sponsorship available on a case-by-case basis If You're Reading This and Feeling a Pull… That's intentional. This role is built for the AE who knows they're capable of more— more impact, more ownership, more upside, more momentum. If you want to step into a role where your deals shape the future of insurance automation, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now and take the next step in a career-defining opportunity.
