Role Overview: In this position as Media Manager (Buying), you will support the execution and management of paid media campaigns across numerous clients on the Paid Media team. You’ll work closely with a team of Media Buyers, and coordinate across our Client Services, Media Planning, and Analytics teams to execute successful campaigns. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with an inquisitive nature and a passion for managing digital advertising campaigns in social media, search, and programmatic advertising platforms. Salary: $68,000 - $75,000 Expectation to work from one of our offices (DC, NYC, SF, CHI, LA) at least 3 days a week In this position you'll be expected to: Own campaign success through strategic set-up, quality assurance, ongoing monitoring, optimizations, and proactive recommendations for improvement. Provide data-driven strategic input and insightful campaign analysis to client services, media planners, and directly to clients as needed. Create, share and manage comprehensive documentation and training materials on the team's buying process and best practices. Evaluate platform releases, new ad tech, and tools to assess how they might fit into BPI’s buying stack, providing recommendations for broader team adoption. Develop paid media reports that clearly demonstrate campaign progress toward client goals and provide actionable insights for further optimization. Assist in broader team management by helping prioritize task flow and ensuring consistent quality of work across the team.
