As a Finance Associate on the Revenue team, you will be a key player in delivering an exceptional customer experience by working closely with Billing Support, Renewals, Sales, and other Bullhorn teams. You'll be responsible for maintaining the order-to-cash process and revenue close procedures, and will collaborate with your manager and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex issues related to accurate billing and revenue recognition. You'll be in a unique position to anticipate and resolve issues, contributing directly to positive business change. As a Finance Associate, a typical day might include: Assisting with all financial aspects of the quote-to-cash process for a global sales force, including reviewing contracts and sales quotes for accuracy and ensuring proper setup for billing. Managing internal escalations to identify and resolve process and billing inquiries. Maintaining data integrity within the billing system and CRM. Investigating and explaining significant month-over-month account changes during close reviews. Performing ad-hoc reporting and tasks requiring data from multiple sources and Excel manipulation.
