Job Title: Manager, Retail Operations $110K-$125K annual salary Position Overview The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating day-to-day logistics and order management activities across retail channels. This role ensures customer orders are processed accurately, inventory moves efficiently, and service expectations are consistently met. The position works closely with internal teams, warehouse partners, and key customers to support reliable fulfillment and inventory flow. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily order processing, releases, and EDI transactions to support on-time shipment. • Monitor customer forecasts and inventory levels; flag risks and support mitigation plans. • Serve as the primary contact for customer logistics inquiries, including order status, shortages, returns, and chargebacks. • Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including ASNs, inbound tracking, and shipping documentation. • Support seasonal, promotional, and new-item launches for key retail and broadcast partners. • Work with warehouse and transportation partners to resolve routing, capacity, and shipping issues. • Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, reporting, and system accuracy. • Assist with training, workflow coordination, and coverage for the retail support team. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or retail operations • Working knowledge of order management systems and EDI processes • Experience supporting major retail customers and/or e-commerce operations • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Effective communication skills and a collaborative working style
