You’ll ensure our GTM teams run as efficiently and effectively as possible – from top of funnel to late-stage deal support. You’ll work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to make outbound execution more consistent, measurable, and scalable to drive increased pipeline, improved conversion rates, and increased sales capacity Key Responsibilities Outbound Agent Automation & Enablement Design and maintain automation flows that streamline agent workflows across Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Salesforce and other tools. Automate repetitive steps in prospecting — including list generation, enrichment, outreach sequencing, and follow-up tasks. Build logic that improves agent targeting and prioritization (e.g., account scoring, action triggers, etc.) Develop and maintain playbooks and dashboards that give GTM agents clear visibility into performance and next actions. Performance Optimization & Insights Monitor agent activity, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline contribution to identify friction points or drop-offs Analyze conversion data (activity → meeting → opportunity) to surface patterns and recommend improvements Collaborate with GTM leadership to test and iterate on outbound messaging, cadence design, and lead prioritization Translate data into actionable insights that drive coaching, territory adjustments, or automation improvement Workflow Engineering Build and refine cross-system automations using no-code or low-code tools (e.g., Clay logic, Salesforce Flow, Zapier, or Workato). Ensure clean data handoffs between outbound, AE, and marketing systems to eliminate manual work. Create lightweight scripts or connectors as needed to fill integration gaps or automate enrichment tasks. Qualifications Experience in GTM Engineering or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company. Proven experience building and maintaining automated sales workflows. Specifically, experience supporting or optimizing SDR/BDR teams in an outbound-heavy GTM motion. Track record of taking ownership to deliver results quickly Comfort with A/B testing, campaign analysis, and funnel optimization. Strong analytical mindset — fluent in data-driven problem solving and performance tracking. Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Clay, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Technical proficiency with automation tools or light scripting (Zapier, Workato, or API connectors). Understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles and the nuances of multi-stakeholder deals. Built’s salary range for this position is $135,000 - 165,000 USD per year. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market.
