Role Overview: As the Lead Senior Software Development Engineer and Development Manager, you will spearhead our software development team, driving both strategic vision and technical excellence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a scalable Linux-based server platform that supports our growing business needs. What You'll Do: - You will lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - You will define and implement the technical roadmap for our Linux-based scalable server platform. - You will collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align development efforts with business goals. - You will oversee code quality, ensuring best practices in software design, testing, and deployment. - You will manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. - You will drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency. - You will facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments. - You will contribute hands-on to complex software development tasks when necessary. What You Bring: - 8+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. - Strong expertise in Linux-based server environments and scalable system architecture. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. - Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic technical decisions. - Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
