Role Overview: As the Lead Senior Software Development Engineer and Development Manager, you will spearhead our software development team, providing both strategic leadership and hands-on technical expertise. Your role is pivotal in shaping the future of our Linux-based scalable server platform, ensuring robust performance and seamless integration. What You'll Do: - You will lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. - You will define and drive the technical roadmap for our Linux-based server platform. - You will collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, QA, and operations to deliver high-quality software solutions. - You will oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable server applications. - You will implement best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration. - You will manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. - You will stay abreast of emerging technologies and incorporate relevant innovations into the platform. - You will ensure the platform meets security, scalability, and reliability standards. What You Bring: - 8+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. - Strong expertise in Linux-based server environments and scalable system architecture. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. - Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Excellent communication and team leadership skills. - Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time.
