Your leadership will be crucial in aligning development efforts with business goals and ensuring high-quality software delivery. What You'll Do: - You will lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. - You will define and implement the technical roadmap for the Linux-based scalable server platform. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development with business objectives. - You will oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and reliable software solutions. - You will manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. - You will drive best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. - You will identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges proactively. - You will contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the leadership level. What You Bring: - 8+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. - Strong expertise in Linux-based server platforms and scalable system architecture. - Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python. - Experience with cloud technologies and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead diverse technical teams.
