You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a high-performance Linux-based scalable server platform that supports the company’s growth and innovation goals. What You'll Do: - You will lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. - You will define and implement the technical roadmap for the Linux-based scalable server platform. - You will collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align development efforts with business objectives. - You will oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions. - You will ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are consistently met. - You will manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. - You will drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new technologies and best practices. - You will facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments. What You Bring: - 8+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. - Strong expertise in Linux-based server environments and scalable platform development. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. - Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerization technologies (e.g., AWS, Docker, Kubernetes). - Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire teams.
