In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. • Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. • Analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance products. • Assist clients with benefits administration and provide guidance on policy options. • Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions. • Utilize telemarketing strategies to reach potential customers and promote insurance offerings. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information. • Provide bilingual support to clients as needed, enhancing accessibility and understanding. Requirements • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the insurance industry. • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively. • Background in retail sales is a plus. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. • Proficient in sales administration processes and tools. • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. • Experience in insurance sales is highly desirable. • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients. • Familiarity with benefits administration processes is an advantage.
