Position Overview The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all plumbing and HVAC inventory, maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment, overseeing procurement and replenishment, and ensuring technicians receive the materials they need to complete jobs effectively. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, experienced with industry-specific operations, and proficient with ServiceTitan and iPad-based workflows. Responsibilities • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, pulling, staging, and distributing plumbing and HVAC materials. • Manage inventory levels to ensure proper stock availability and minimize shortages. • Utilize ServiceTitan to track inventory, manage purchase orders, update job materials, and maintain accurate digital records. • Operate and navigate workflows using an iPad on a daily basis. • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse layout, including labeling, bin management, and material flow processes. • Coordinate with technicians and office staff to fulfill material requests and ensure timely job completion. • Work with vendors to place orders, negotiate pricing, and resolve delivery discrepancies. • Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits. • Develop and enforce warehouse processes, safety procedures, and best practices. • Assist with fleet inventory, tool management, and equipment tracking when necessary. • Train and oversee warehouse assistants or support staff (if applicable). Qualifications • 5+ years of experience managing a plumbing and/or HVAC warehouse. • Proficiency with ServiceTitan (inventory and purchasing modules strongly preferred). • Comfortable using an iPad as the primary tool for daily operations. • Strong knowledge of plumbing and HVAC parts, materials, and equipment. • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks. • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one (if required). • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if driving is part of the role).
