Qualified candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently, have reliable transportation and availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule. Additionally, qualified candidates must carry an owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded). Responsibilities As District Maintenance Manager, you are responsible for the overall maintenance; including planning, coordinating, budgeting, organizing and maintaining the physical needs of the property in which you are supporting. You will perform the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments. A strong candidate is one with experience overseeing additional maintenance team personnel and responsibilities.#mc
