Who we want: • We are seeking Experienced Line Cooks, Pantry/ Garde Manger(s), and Pastry Cooks! • Minimum of 2 years experience cooking in a fine dining establishment. • Like minded, passionate, career oriented professionals. What we do: • We run professional European style kitchens where you will be exposed to a variety cuisines and cooking techniques. • We have our own Boutique Wholesale Seafood Company where we fly in pristine seafood from around the world. • We bake all of our breads in our Artisanal style Bread Company.
