HR Project Manager – Corporate, Grants & Operations • *Location: Remote (Must work EST/CST hours) Duration: 12 months (possible extension) Type: Contract** Job Summary Client is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to support Corporat, Philanthropy, and Grants Operations. This role manages donations, foundation payments, employee giving programs, matching gifts, scholarships, vendor relationships, and internal/external reporting. Candidates should bring strong corporate experience and excellent project management and communication skills. Key Responsibilities • Manage all donations and payment processes for client. • Maintain and reconcile budgets; update financial trackers. • Build and manage data and impact dashboards. • Coordinate with Controllership & Tax teams for Foundation 990 filings. • Manage the Employee Matching Gift Program, including monthly request processing and vendor communication. • Serve as primary contact for employees and executives regarding matching gifts. • Oversee the Children of Employees Scholarship Program. • Lead the annual employee giving campaign. • Manage relationships with grants, scholarship, and matching gifts vendors; act as liaison with Supplier Management. • Support volunteer and grant programs as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications • 3–5+ years of experience in Corporate, Philanthropy, CSR, or Social Impact roles. • Experience supporting Corporate within a Fortune 250 organization preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, PR, CSR, or related field. • Strong project management and planning skills; ability to oversee annual work plans, budgets, and cross-functional coordination. • Proficiency in: • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. • Strong understanding of CSR, Corporate, and Social Impact programs.
