Designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade software applications and cloud-native solutions.
10+ years software engineering experience with strong skills in .NET technologies, cloud platforms, and front-end frameworks.
We are building a new class of secure hardware designed to address a widening gap between security demands placed on computing systems and what today’s semiconductor security ecosystem can realistically deliver. This role sits at the intersection of technical credibility, analysis, and outward-facing engagement. You will work closely with the Head of Silicon Product, engineering leadership, and cryptography experts to help articulate our thinking clearly, engage the right people in the ecosystem, and shape serious conversations about the future of semiconductor and firmware security. Over time, this role is expected to evolve into a core part of our sales and business development function. This role can be remote, but candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, or Portland, Oregon are preferred. Responsibilities • Participate in technical and strategic conversations with semiconductor architects, firmware and platform security leads, government and defense technologists, and long-lifecycle system owners. • Prepare and attend early-stage sales and BD calls. • Identify and follow-up with customer leads, networking opportunities, and relevant figures in our industry. • Produce professional-grade whitepapers, ecosystem analysis briefs, technical position documents, customer-facing sales and briefing decks. • Work with engineering teams to translate technical progress into credible external communication, shape outward-facing technical posts and updates online. • Capture objections, questions, and patterns from conversations and feed them back into sales strategy. • Support the transition to a more formal sales process as the product matures. • Travel regularly to conferences, private meetings, customer and partner interviews. Required Qualifications • 4+ years experience in business development, technical sales, or product management in the semiconductor industry, cybersecurity industry, or related field. • Strong technical literacy across semiconductors, firmware/platform security, and cryptographic systems. • Excellent writing ability: clear, precise, non-hype-driven. • Comfortable engaging senior technical and executive stakeholders. • Willingness to travel frequently and operate externally. Preferred Qualifications • 6+ Years experience selling or positioning semiconductor technology, hardware platforms, or security platforms. • Experience in a lead or management role, with direct reports. • Existing relationships in customers of hardware security solutions in the Defense, Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Networking, and Critical Infrastructure industries. • Exposure to security standards (CC, FIPS, NIST) regulated or safety-critical industries. • Prior experience shaping thought leadership. To conform to US Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
