This role ensures smooth HR operations and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures • Conduct employee relations investigations and support resolution • Support performance reviews, goal tracking, and career development • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations • Partner with departments to implement HR initiatives and engagement programs Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field • 3-5 years of HR generalist experience • Solid understanding of HR best practices and labor laws • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
