The Role As an Account Manager for our Licensing Partners, you’ll join our Sales team and report to the Director of Accounts. While this role focuses on serving our global licensing partners, our sales team executes collectively across all of our brands to take products and services to market effectively. You’ll own and maintain critical relationships with our global license partners across Bitcoin Magazine, Bitcoin for Corporations, and The Bitcoin Conference. This role requires strong cross-team collaboration, operational rigor, and a passion for helping new regional partners successfully stand up their licenses and build impactful presences within their markets. The Work Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned license partners, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring seamless relationship management. Establish and maintain workflows, project sprints, budget management, and reporting structures to support the successful launch and growth of license efforts in regional markets. Collaborate closely with internal teams across marketing, editorial, creative, and events to deliver necessary assets, content, and strategic guidance to partners. Support license partners in standing up their local operations, including advising on critical hires and launch milestones. Facilitate the ongoing and consistent flow of information, including brand guidelines, campaign strategies, and new initiatives, to ensure alignment with BTC Inc.'s global standards. Proactively identify challenges and opportunities for license partners, and collaborate internally to provide effective solutions. Track partner performance, provide insights to the Director of Accounts and key stakeholders, and contribute to the development of best practices for global license management. Your Experience 3-5 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or client services (media, events, or tech experience preferred). Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience setting up and running workflows and sprints. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across time zones and functions. High attention to detail and ability to deliver against deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Bitcoin and a demonstrated interest in learning about the ecosystem. Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
