Job Description: • Lead strategic efforts to deliver highly personalized experiences for employees and employers through our benefits platform. • Define and execute data-driven campaign strategies leveraging personalization, AI, and behavioral insights to ensure every interaction is tailored to individual needs. • Develop and own personalization and campaign strategy for the benefits platform. • Build and lead a team focused on personalization, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns. • Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to embed personalization into platform experience. • Create personalized campaigns to close gaps in care, drive behavior change, and provide educational awareness. • Drive dynamic content strategies and real-time personalization using behavioral, demographic, and predictive data. • Oversee use of advanced analytics, AI/ML models, and personalization engines. • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards while maximizing personalization capabilities. • Define KPIs for personalization and campaign initiatives (e.g., engagement, benefit adoption, retention). • Lead A/B and multivariate testing to refine campaign tactics. Requirements: • 10+ years in leadership roles focused on campaign strategy, personalization, or lifecycle engagement. • Proven experience with personalization platforms and marketing automation tools. • Strong understanding of data-driven campaign design, AI/ML applications, and customer segmentation. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
