Job Overview We are looking for a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team and be the voice of B/SPOKE Studios. This is a remote role, where you'll assist members by answering their questions, providing product support, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. You'll work closely with our team from anywhere, using digital tools to provide top-notch service to our clients. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, thrives in a remote work setting, and is eager to be part of a wellness-focused brand. Key Responsibilities • Provide excellent remote support to clients via email, chat, phone, or other communication platforms • Resolve client issues and inquiries with a high level of professionalism and empathy • Assist clients with class bookings, cancellations, account updates, and membership-related inquiries • Troubleshoot technical issues and help clients navigate our digital platforms • Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams remotely to address customer feedback and improve processes • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and escalate issues when necessary Qualifications • 13 years of experience in customer service or client support (remote experience is a plus) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude • Comfortable using customer service tools, CRMs, and digital communication platforms • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools • A passion for wellness, fitness, or community engagement is highly preferred • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote environment Compensation & Job Type • Pay: $35 per hour • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time • Location: 100% Remote Benefits • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance
