Job Description Becoming the Service Delivery Manager for Digital Trust in the Americas means overseeing high-quality assessment and assurance services. You will lead a team of Client Managers (Auditors) and Associate Auditors (External Resources) to ensure delivery excellence and operational scalability. Responsibilities: • Service Delivery & Operational Leadership: Oversee end-to-end delivery of client engagements and manage operational resource planning. • People Management & Talent Development: Lead a team of different seniority and technical skillsets in a virtual setting and ensure team's competency through effective development plan. • Client Relationship Management: Drive client retention and act as a trusted partner to key clients, managing project execution and escalations. • Commercial & Financial Stewardship: Responsibility on financial outcomes for the Digital Trust service line, including revenue targets and margin protection. • Strategic Transformation & Innovation: Identify opportunities for delivery transformation through digital tooling and automation and lead cross-functional initiatives.
