Sr Trade Marketing Manager Charlotte, NC/ Full-time Your Responsibilities Leads the development and execution of strategic trade marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, optimize retail performance, and strengthen partnerships with our independent dealers. This role focuses on aligning cross-functional efforts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring effective activation of promotions to maximize sales and ROI. • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive trade marketing strategies to maximize in-store visibility, optimize display construction, and strengthen overall brand presence. • Provide strategic direction to sales, merchandising, and cross-functional teams in designing high-impact in-store display concepts that elevate consumer engagement and conversion. • Oversee vendor and supplier partnerships, negotiating timelines, budgets, and performance standards to ensure high-quality fabrication and installation of retail fixtures and promotional materials. • Ensure all in-store and trade marketing elements fully align with brand strategy, retailer requirements, and long-term business goals. • Own end-to-end project planning, including the creation, management, and optimization of detailed timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for all display-related initiatives. • Conduct advanced performance analytics, including ROI, consumer impact assessments, and channel effectiveness reports, and present insights to senior leadership with recommended strategic actions. • Manage and guide day-to-day communications with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors, ensuring flawless execution and alignment across all touchpoints. • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to drive account growth, profitability, and long-term business success. • Oversee customer communication and compliance related to material distribution, ensuring adherence to all customer processes and operational standards. • Deliver high-impact presentations to senior internal and external stakeholders. Develop compelling, visually polished PowerPoint decks that support strategic initiatives and influence decision-making. Your profile • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Business Administration) – Required • 5-7 Years of Experience (Sales/Marketing) – Required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail • Ability to work with deadlines • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • Domestic Travel by car, airplane, boat, etc. - can include overnight and weekends • Must be able to drive to visit assigned accounts daily in territory • Must have an active driver's license in good standing with the DMV • Travel Percentage – 50% Your Pay & Benefits The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible then the payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document. The plan provides a fully vested 100% employer match on the first 4% of compensation contributed and also includes an annual employer-funded profit sharing contribution dependent on company profitability. • Two weeks of paid vacation for all non-temporary status new hires below Director level positions. Vacation entitlement increases based on years of service with BSH. • Unlimited paid vacation for all Director and above level positions. • The greater of (a) 40 hours of paid sick leave or (b) state or local minimum requirements for paid leave (Non-Production Line). • 40 hours of paid personal leave (Production Line). • 12 days of paid holidays per year (max 8 hours paid per day). • Adoption Reimbursement Program, Perks at Work, and BSH Employee Purchase Program. • BSH provides ongoing product training, uniforms, computer tablet, cell phone and a company vehicle for eligible positions.
