What You’ll Get as a Bryson Fellow The Bryson Gillette Fellowship will lead the way on bringing more diversity to the communications and political industries by preparing the next generation of communicators through a best-in-class program. We are seeking bright, talented, hard-working college graduates who are committed to making a difference, with the curiosity to learn, and the initiative to be successful. During your Fellowship year, you’ll be trained on skills to make the biggest impact in strategic communications, public affairs, and political consulting alongside innovative and visionary clients. Program components include: • Full-time, 12-month, paid fellowship program • Hands-on learning with cutting-edge clients • Inclusive workplace that makes time for fun • Hybrid work environment & in-person collaboration in Los Angeles. or D.C. • Access to guest speakers and lifelong mentors • Completion bonus upon successful completion of program requirements • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD) • Career counseling, including feedback on resumes, writing, & networking • Option for a permanent offer at end of program upon excellent performance What You’ll Learn You’ll be working with an incredible team of professionals who are dedicated to teaching you about the industry and the fundamentals of public affairs, strategic communications, and political consulting, including: • Designing communications strategies • Designing a winning political campaign • Pitching stories to the media • Creating and placing advertising • Tracking and analyzing news coverage • Writing PR documents • Interpreting research • Drafting social media content Who You Are You are organized, proactive, and eager to learn. You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and bring professionalism to every interaction. You’re excited to gain hands-on experience, work with diverse communities, and take initiative. Eligible candidates are undergraduates or graduates able to work full-time from June 22,2026 to June 18, 2027 (with the possibility of extension up to 15 months or transition to a full-time role). Preferred Skills & Experience • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines • A proactive mindset and a bias toward action • Grit, a growth mindset, and a good sense of humor • Previous experience in consulting, communications, public affairs, political campaigns, or PR (a plus) • Spanish language fluency (a plus) Compensation: An annualized hourly wage of $52,000/year How-to-apply Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so get yours in soon!
