The successful candidate will transform financial and operational data into actionable insights that enrich student experiences and support institutional growth. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining sophisticated dashboards and reports analyzing key performance indicators across marketing campaigns, admissions, and financial aid processes. The analyst will conduct financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and evaluate resource allocation and budget performance to maximize operational effectiveness and ROI. Expertise in forecasting expenditures, monitoring departmental budgets, and delivering clear, data-led recommendations to senior leadership is essential. The role also involves supporting Financial Aid operations by automating recurring reports, streamlining data delivery, and providing in-depth performance reporting on turnaround times, packaging, caseloads, and compliance metrics. Collaboration with cross-departmental teams to optimize workflows, service levels, and financial strategies is required. Mastery of Excel, SQL, and visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI) is expected; experience with CRMs, SIS, and financial aid platforms is highly valued. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or a related field (master’s preferred), at least 3–5 years of experience in financial or business analysis, and superior communication skills to present insights to diverse audiences.
