We're on the lookout for friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our customer experience team! This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to jumpstart a career in the insurance industry. No prior insurance experience? No problem — we’ll teach you what you need to know. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the point of contact for policyholders. Your mission? Make sure customers feel heard, supported, and well-informed — whether they're asking questions about their policy, filing a claim, or just trying to understand their coverage.
