Full Description

This is a remote position. Schedule: • Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, New York, USA • Client Time zone: Eastern Time (US) Responsibilities : • Conduct data enrichment activities within the company's candidate management system • Research and update candidate contact information including phone numbers and current employment details • Review resumes and profiles to identify qualified candidates, particularly in accounting and finance roles • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and current candidate records • Support the recruiting team by ensuring database integrity and completeness Requirements • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills • Ability to recognize qualified candidates from resume reviews (particularly accounting professionals) • Previous recruiting or sourcing experience preferred but not required • Proficiency with database management and research tools • Strong organizational and time management skills Benefits Independent Contractor Perks: • HMO coverage for eligible locations • Permanent work from home • Immediate hiring • Steady freelance job Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
