The Executive Assistant will manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online and provide executive support including email management and administrative tasks. They will also handle client transitions and support business development activities.
Candidates should have strong experience with QuickBooks Online and bookkeeping practices, along with executive assistant or administrative support experience. Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills are essential.
This is a remote position. Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week) Monday to Friday flexible within client business hours (9am to 6pm EST) Client timezone: EST (US) Responsibilities: Respond to member emails with basic information and ensure timely communication Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online for multiple client accounts and the main company Provide executive assistant support including email management and administrative tasks Handle client transitions and setup processes for new accounts Support business development activities and client research Maintain organized financial records with proper labeling and categorization Assist with growing the client base through research and administrative support Requirements: Strong experience with QuickBooks Online and bookkeeping practices Executive assistant or administrative support experience Experience working with multiple client accounts or managing multiple projects Excellent attention to detail, especially for financial record-keeping Strong written communication skills for email correspondence Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedules Nonprofit or association management experience preferred Available to work during US business hours (Central/Eastern time zones preferred)
