Schedule: • Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm, 30-minute unpaid break | PST • Paid hours per week: 40 Hours About the Role We’re seeking a highly organized, creative, and fast-paced Executive Assistant who can also take charge of social media management for a growing fashion brand. This hybrid role blends administrative excellence, project coordination, and digital marketing creativity — perfect for someone who can handle both the behind-the-scenes operations and front-facing brand management. Ideal Candidate You’re a sharp, resourceful multitasker who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You have an eye for fashion aesthetics, a passion for branding and content creation, and the discipline to manage executive-level responsibilities with precision and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Executive Support: • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedule. • Act as the main point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners. • Handle scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of priorities. • Build and maintain SOPs, company handbooks, and process documentation. • Book travel and accommodation for multiple team members. • Conduct research and create reports, decks, and presentations. • Support special projects and provide administrative assistance as needed. • Track and summarize staff performance through KPI reports (daily, weekly, monthly). Social Media & Creative Management: • Research, identify, and build partnerships with fashion influencers and creators. • Plan and manage influencer campaigns and brand collaborations. • Create, edit, and publish photo and video content for social platforms. • Develop visually appealing decks, PDFs, and marketing assets. • Analyze engagement metrics and assist in strategy optimization. Requirements: • Flawless spoken and written English (North American or neutral accent preferred). • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or Social Media Manager. • Proven social media management experience — must provide a portfolio or sample works (preferably in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries). • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent time management. • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, Trello/Asana, and social media tools. • Experience editing photos and videos (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar). • Highly proactive, efficient, and able to deliver exactly what’s needed — no more, no less. • Excellent communication, discretion, and attention to detail.
