A leading energy infrastructure organization is seeking an experienced SAP Scheduler to support maintenance planning and scheduling activities. This role plays a critical function in ensuring that routine and non-routine maintenance activities are executed efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with operational requirements. This is a long-term contract opportunity ideal for professionals with a strong background in SAP PM and maintenance coordination in industrial or energy environments. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules using SAP. • Convert notifications into work orders, plan labor and materials, and align with plant priorities and constraints. • Coordinate resources, permits, and parts to ensure readiness for scheduled maintenance. • Monitor progress of scheduled work, resolve conflicts, and update schedules as needed. • Support weekly and long-range maintenance planning cycles. • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards throughout all scheduling activities. • Maintain accurate SAP records for work order status, equipment history, and backlog reporting. Requirements: • 3–5+ years of experience as a Scheduler or Maintenance Planner in industrial or energy sectors (LNG, oil & gas, refining, petrochemicals, etc.) • Strong SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module experience required. • Familiarity with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies. • Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise between operations, maintenance, and contractors. • Ability to work onsite Nice to Have: • Prior experience supporting LNG facilities or similar complex process environments. • Knowledge of maintenance best practices, reliability programs, and turnarounds. • Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
