We are seeking a expired and motivated Senior Application Engineer to join our IT Business Applications team. This role focuses on the administration, optimization, and integration of business-critical applications. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in system and application administration, foundational development skills and a strong interest in data modeling and workflow automation. Responsibilities Manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications and lead underlying infrastructure operations. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of business applications. Develop and maintain scripts (e.g., PowerShell) to automate administrative tasks and workflows. Collaborate with development teams to integrate applications with internal systems and data sources. Design and implement data models to support business workflows and process automation. Work closely with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions. Lead infrastructure and application-related projects from concept to deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system compatibility and alignment with business goals. Maintain detailed documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures. Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, ITIL) are a plus. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in system and application administration. Solid understanding of data models, APIs, and workflow engines Strong scripting skills in PowerShell; familiarity with other languages (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus.
