We are looking for a curious and innovative Global Talent Management Advisor to join our learning and development team. You will support various L&D and talent management initiatives for our office and plant employees. Your role will be pivotal in designing leadership programs and L&D offerings specifically for our plant employees. You'll play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development across all levels, significantly enhancing the employee experience at BRP worldwide. YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: • Contribute to the design with key stakeholders and external partners of comprehensive leadership programs tailored specifically for our plant employees. • Participate in designing and implementing comprehensive talent management strategies that align with the organization's global vision and objectives. • Create engaging, informative, and compelling learning activities and tools. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs, leveraging data and feedback to improve offerings continuously. • Participate in cross-expertise project development and deployment, including performance, learning and development, DE&I, eellness, and HR technology. • Leverage best practices, trends and benchmarks to propose creative initiatives that boost employee and leader development. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, career counselling, or a related field. Assets: Graduate studies in organizational psychology/career counselling/organizational development/Business intelligence/ statistics or another related field. • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role in a global organization (in plant environment an asset) • Bilingual (French and English) to facilitate working with international teams and partners. • Strong curiosity and self-motivation for learning and delivering quality projects or taking on new challenges. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment. • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions • Demonstrate flexibility and tolerance to ambiguity The selected candidate will be able to work from the office in Sherbrooke or the one in Montreal.
