Meaningful Work From Day One From day one, you’ll play a key role in managing operations and administration for multiple retirement and savings plans—including 401(k), U.S. pension, and executive savings—ensuring compliance and seamless execution. You’ll lead projects involving vendor coordination, internal processes, and employee engagement, while supporting Total Rewards operations. This hands-on role offers immediate impact and the opportunity to strengthen compliance and influence key programs. What You Can Expect Works with 401(k), pension, and executive savings plans’ recordkeeper/admin personnel for process coordination. Audits, transmits, and reconciles all employee and payroll data to and from vendors through system integrations and secure file uploads to vendor plan sponsor sites Coordinates and reconciles funding of all contributions and loan payments for each plan with vendors and accounting. Enters into Workday new pension eligibles. Manages the setup of non-qualified plan payments with vendors and payroll and reconciles the payments to the recordkeeping system. Supports colleagues and employees on questions and issues regarding the retirement plans. Coordinates with B-F colleagues and vendors to email, print, and postage mail employee communications. Organizes and pays all vendor invoices from either B-F coffers or the pension trust. Manages many cyclical and ad hoc processes such as error/correction work, Power of Attorneys (POAs), audit inquiries, deaths, Co. Stock black-out listing, Workday testing, and pension lump sum load to 401(k) site. Assists with various assignments to support the Total Rewards team. What You Bring to the Table Exceptional learning agility. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and/or Google Sheets Excellent personal, verbal, and written communication skills to establish rapport with all levels of employees, HR partners, Total Rewards team, and external vendors. Ability to work independently and execute responsibilities with planning and organization in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours to meet deadlines. What Makes You Unique A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience in benefits administration or equivalent education and experience. Experience with data management in an HRIS system (Workday or similar preferred). High acumen in managing processes involving lots of employee data and numbers.
