Application Analyst – Identity and Access Management Team Core Responsibilities • Support user identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews. • Build & Support Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) strategies across enterprise systems. • Collaborate with IT, stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements for identity lifecycle processes, access controls, and governance workflows. • Conduct access audits, analyze entitlements, and remediate violations to ensure compliance. • Maintain and optimize IAM infrastructure, including integrations with Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday and Epic. • Incident response efforts related to identity and access anomalies. • Document and maintain IAM procedures, workflows, and system configurations. • Collaborate on automation initiatives to streamline access provisioning and reduce manual interventions. • Support the selection and implementation of an Organization wide Badging System. • Integrated team that includes both IAM and Office 365 Administration to enhance user collaboration and productivity across the company. Technical Skills & Tools • Experience with IAM platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Microsoft Identity Manager, Entra ID Governance). • Project Management and Business Analysis experience • Knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies • Familiarity with directory services, SAML, OAuth, and other authentication protocols. • Some experience scripting (e.g., PowerShell, JSON, Python) for automation. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in IAM or IAG roles, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
