What You'll Do: - You will install, maintain, and repair thermoforming and automation machinery at customer locations. - You will diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues to minimize downtime. - You will provide technical training and support to customers to ensure proper equipment operation. - You will collaborate with engineering and customer service teams to resolve complex technical challenges. - You will document service activities, parts used, and customer interactions accurately. - You will travel regularly to customer sites, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback from the field. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service or equipment maintenance, preferably in thermoforming or packaging machinery. - Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills. - Proficiency with PLC programming and diagnostic tools. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with automation systems and robotics. - Technical certification or vocational training in mechanical or electrical engineering. - Familiarity with safety standards and compliance in industrial settings. - Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
