Brown & Brown Risk Solutions, formerly known as Beecher Carlson, is looking for a Data and Operations Analyst to join the Healthcare team. The Healthcare Data and Operations Analyst is responsible for the daily intake, transformation, validation, configuration, and loading of claims and EOB data into Brown & Brown’s managed care platform. This role insources work historically performed by an external vendor and ensures accurate, stable, and timely operations within an IT‑hosted data and application environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: File intake and organization Data standardization & short-term file corrections System processing, validation, & reconciliation Client & policy configuration Vendor transition & knowledge transfer Partnering with IT during modernization (operator, analyst, & QA role Qualifications: -Strong Excel and data‑validation skills. Ability to operate system‑based workflows. Knowledge of healthcare code sets (diagnosis, procedure, revenue codes, etc.). Understanding of healthcare claims and EOB data. Interest and/or experience in leveraging AI for file review and anomaly detection. Strong documentation skills. Ability to work across diverse teams. High attention to detail and PHI compliance.
