The Account Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Surety Team by handling data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records. This role is responsible for managing phone communications, processing and renewing bonds, issuing invoices, and ensuring all correspondence is documented in the Agency Management System.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of office administration experience, with previous Surety and/or Insurance experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are also required.

The Account Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the department by handling data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records. This role is responsible for managing phone communications, processing and renewing bonds through online systems, issuing invoices, and ensuring all correspondence is properly documented in the Agency Management System. The Account Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily workflows and delivering efficient, organized service. How You Will Contribute: Perform administrative functions such as data entry, filing, and maintaining department files. Answer phones, route calls, and take/deliver messages. Initiate bonds through the online systems and submit to the Surety Company. Verify bond renewals and issue invoices. Scan and attach all mail/correspondence in our Agency Management System. Skills & Experience to Be Successful: 1+ years of office administration experience Previous Surety and/or Insurance experience (Preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills #LI-AFZ Pay Range $24.00 - $26.00 Hourly The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
