To ensure that all administrative tasks are completed and in place to provide adequate support to each staff member of various departments within the company. You will monitor and keep up with the company’s profitability. Your position will play a vital role in the entire operational process of the company. Quality and accurate work. You provide the most comprehensive and up to date information in regard to Financial Reports and the entire pulse of the business. Results that reflect superior performance (60 to 75% of time) Financial/ Administrative Clients invoiced and pay quickly Vendors are paid and happy Cash-flow is good Records are clean and up to date Accounts are reconciled Taxes are paid KPI Reports are up to date (Initially 60 to 75% of time, transition to 10 to 15%) Hiring, HR, & Payroll Screen candidates, schedule interviews, hire candidates per approval All employees are onboarded properly Accurate payroll and timely Keep accurate track of sales commissions, 4 Corner Sales & AWO’s (5 to 10% of time) Insurances & Licenses Always looking for and attaining the best companies, policies at the best prices (Once every month, or 10 to 15% of time) Inventory & Production Create a system of tracking Help company reduce monthly inventory costs Track tools and usage Behaviors that are needed to be successful in this role: Should be able to seamlessly learn Web tools or Apps Highly Organized/Disciplined Love of spreadsheets and documentation Cares deeply for the client and the installers Persistent in getting answers and results Team player Loves following and improving systems Company Overview The Brothers that just do Gutters are a full-service rain gutter and gutter guard franchise.
