Project Manager Charlotte, NC Hybrid Role (3 days per week in-office) Compensation: $68 per hour ABOUT THE ROLE Join the innovative Digital Voice team in Charlotte as a Project Manager, leading the delivery of a multi-year IVR Replacement program. This role is responsible for migrating on-premises Nuance IVR systems to the Genesys Cloud platform, overseeing all aspects of project management from initiation through successful implementation. You will work in a hybrid arrangement, collaborating with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, architects, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in cloud migration, call center and IVR systems, and excels in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and experience managing complex, multi-vendor projects are essential. Certifications such as PMP or Agile are preferred, along with familiarity with Nuance IVR and Genesys Architect. Occasional travel may be required for vendor or stakeholder meetings. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Lead end-to-end delivery of IVR migration from Nuance on-premises to Genesys Cloud • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, and vendors • Ensure adherence to project governance and reporting standards • Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units • Drive successful implementation using Waterfall and Agile methodologies • Manage complex, multi-vendor projects in enterprise environments • Oversee stakeholder management and maintain effective communication • Support occasional travel for vendor or stakeholder meetings as required WHAT YOU BRING • Proven experience in cloud migration projects, ideally involving Genesys Cloud and/or Swampfox technologies • Strong background in call center and IVR systems • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in enterprise environments • Expertise in both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to manage complex, multi-vendor projects • PMP or Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.) preferred • Familiarity with Nuance IVR and Genesys Architect preferred • Experience working with regulated industries or large-scale enterprise environments preferred WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU • Opportunity to lead a high-impact, multi-year cloud migration initiative • Collaborative and innovative team environment • Hybrid work arrangement (3 days per week in-office) • Professional development through exposure to cutting-edge IVR and cloud technologies • Competitive hourly compensation • Occasional travel for professional engagement
