Company Description Brookman Inc has 13 retail locations and 30 rental properties in Indiana Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Brownsburg, IN. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office including clerical duties, filing, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing reports, and data entry. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies and equipment, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and managing the office calendar and correspondence. Admin will also process payroll, do bank reconciliations and help pay bills. Qualifications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Attention to detail and accuracy • Professional and courteous demeanor • Associate's degree or higher in Office Administration or related field is preferred
