Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and fostering strategic partnerships for Brookaire in the Pittsburgh and surrounding markets. This role requires a dynamic individual who can identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a strong business acumen within the Pittsburgh area. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through face to face selling and phone outreach. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customer base. Identify areas of growth and flag areas of concern / decline. • Create and implement effective strategies to drive growth and increase revenue for Key Accounts. • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives including Phone Calls and Customer visits. • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. • Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute initiatives. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and potential risks. • Provide accurate sales forecasts and report back regularly to management. • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote Brookaire's services. Requirements: • High School Education. Bachelor's degree is a plus. • Proven track record of at least 3 years of successful business development or sales experience. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
