JOB STATEMENT: The Senior Application Developer is a hands-on, full-stack development role responsible for designing and building enterprise applications end-to-end, from business requirements and solution architecture through development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support. This position works across the complete application stack, including user interfaces, application services, APIs, databases, integrations, security, and deployment ESSENTIAL DUTIES: * Lead the end-to-end design and development of enterprise applications, from requirements through production deployment and ongoing support. * Work directly with business teams to understand processes, define requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions. * Design application architecture, data models, user interfaces, business logic, APIs, and integrations. * Develop full-stack applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks. * Design and develop REST APIs, web services, and integrations with ERP, databases, cloud services, and third-party platforms. * Develop and optimize SQL, stored procedures, functions, views, and complex queries. * Work with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases. * Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access, logging, error handling, and secure development practices. * Develop unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews and release validation. * Utilize Git/source control and CI/CD pipelines for application development and deployment. * Troubleshoot application, integration, and performance issues and perform root-cause analysis. * Own applications throughout their lifecycle, including enhancements, upgrades, documentation, monitoring, and production support. * Modernize legacy applications and automate manual business processes. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, consistent with the position’s purpose and operational needs. QUALIFICATIONS:  * 7+ years of professional application development experience, including demonstrated experience independently designing, building, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications end-to-end. * Demonstrated ability to lead the technical design and delivery of applications from business requirements through production implementation. * Strong full-stack development experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, and modern web technologies. * Experience with Blazor, React, Angular, Vue, or similar front-end frameworks. * Strong experience developing REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations. * Strong SQL and relational database development experience. * Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle. * Experience with application architecture, security, testing, source control, CI/CD, and production deployment. * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and application design principles. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Education/Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer information systems (or equivalent experience) * 1-2 years of related work experience * Excellent written and oral communications * Excellent interpersonal skills * ERP platforms such as IFS, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, Epicor, or similar systems. * Cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or similar technologies. * Development and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar platforms. * Enterprise identity and authentication technologies, including Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and OAuth. * Workflow automation, reporting, analytics, and enterprise integration technologies. * Integration of AI services, APIs, and AI-enabled capabilities into enterprise applications. * Manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or consumer products environments. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Sit for extended period of time  * Perform tasks using standard computer equipment * Lift up to 50 lbs.
