Outside Sales Manager Position Type: (Full-Time) Schedule: Monday – Friday Location: Remote work with 50-75% travel. Candidates must be located in Arizona, California, Georgia, Massachusetts, Ohio, Texas, Utah, Virginia. Overview: BROGAV Solutions is seeking a highly connected and experienced Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence in key data center markets. This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically looking for someone who already brings deep, established relationships with data center end users and a proven track record of selling into this space. As part of BROGAV’s entrepreneurial, fast-growing team, you will leverage your existing network to drive immediate impact—expanding sales of mission-critical infrastructure products and reinforcing our reputation as the 'easy button' for data center solutions. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Account Growth • Leverage your existing data center end user relationships to drive new business and expand revenue in your region. • Serve as the trusted point of contact for assigned accounts, managing all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting and quoting to closing and ongoing account management. • Deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to technical teams, operations, supply chain, and executive-level decision makers. • Execute account plans and margin initiatives in alignment with company objectives. • Provide quotations directly or in collaboration with sales support teams. Customer Engagement • Proactively engage with your established network of data center customers to understand evolving needs and recommend tailored solutions. • Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent communication, problem resolution, and value-added support. • Strengthen long-term relationships with existing end users while introducing new products, services, and enhancements. • Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned annual revenue goals by promoting and selling products in assigned territory in compliance with the Company's pricing policies • Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively and report potential claims. • Keep management informed of local competition and market conditions. • Maintain current customer records, files, and reports of business transactions; assist in collection of past due accounts. • Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings as requested • Demonstrate products after sale when necessary. • Create a territory plan using time management and account mapping tools. Market Development • Expand penetration within existing accounts by leveraging your network and uncovering new opportunities. • Partner with suppliers on joint calls to deepen customer engagement and broaden solution offerings. • Stay current on data center infrastructure trends and product knowledge through BROGAV and supplier training programs. • Use CRM and planning tools to manage your pipeline and ensure visibility into account activities. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience selling directly into data centers. • Established and active relationships with data center end users—you already know the key players in your region. • Proven ability to hit the ground running and deliver immediate sales results. • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to travel extensively (50–75%) within assigned region to customers, partners, and suppliers.• • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred. • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills, • Candidates must be located in Arizona, California, Georgia, Massachusetts, Ohio, Texas, Utah, Virginia. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience selling data center infrastructure products (power, cooling, cabling, racks, cabinets, etc.). • Familiarity with supplier engagement and joint go-to-market strategies. • Previous experience in an entrepreneurial or high-growth company environment. • Experience in consultative selling, negotiations, and account management strategies. • Experience in vendor / manufacturer management. • Experience in selling cabinets, power, containment, and pathways to the data center customer. • Proven history of being able to negotiate conflict and misperceptions. • Proven history of being able to quantify value of service and solutions. • Proven history of being able to create a customer support team by utilizing vendors, suppliers, BROGAV teammates, and BROGAV management. • The outside sales manager will be required to be a team player and market leader.
