Who We Are Broadstreet Impact Services is an impact financial services company with two connected businesses: fund services and fund management. We support impact investing, where funds pursue financial returns and measurable real-world outcomes. We provide fund administration and operational support to fund managers and manage select investment vehicles directly, including private loan funds and a specialized tax credit investing platform (the federal New Markets Tax Credit program). Across our platform, we manage about $500M in assets through funds we operate and oversee, and we administer about $2.8B in assets under administration for clients. The Role Broadstreet Impact Services is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing & Treasury Analyst to support the execution of loan servicing and treasury operations across Broadstreet and its managed entities. This role is a hands-on analyst position responsible for accurate loan onboarding, servicing, reconciliations, and day-to-day treasury activities. Compensation The base salary range for this role is $65,000–$80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. What You'll Do Loan Servicing • Secondary Loan Administrator for Broadstreet’s loan portfolio • Timely and accurate onboard of all new loans in Broadstreet’s loan servicing platform, NewDL/Fundingo, including setting up payment schedules for complex loans and identifying and communicating issues with loan terms and variances during loan schedule set up. Obtaining loan closing information from appropriate parties. • Offboard loans from the loan servicing platform, NewDL/Fundingo, in a timely and accurate manner. Obtain loan payoff information and termination documentation from the appropriate parties. • Perform daily loan payment processing and reconciliations of loan activity, monthly invoicing to borrowers for debt service and fees • Become a subject matter expert on Broadstreet’s loan servicing platform, NewDL/Fundingo • Building and maintaining expertise and understanding of Broadstreet’s loan portfolio and servicing process • Provide high-level customer service to borrowers, clients, and internal team members by responding to inquiries and requests within 24 hours and troubleshooting issues and independently resolving and responding to field requests. • Prepare and review periodic loan process exception and delinquency reports, along with other portfolio reports, to communicate portfolio performance, borrower issues, and key metrics to management while ensuring the accuracy and completeness of transactions processed by Loan Servicing. Treasury • Assist in execution of daily cash transactions including wire and ACH processing for outgoing payments, loan disbursements, distributions, investment execution as well as tracking of incoming capital calls and borrowings and other cash movements. • Input and approve outgoing cash activity in Broadstreet’s treasury portals, ensuring all requests meet processing requirements, are clear and well documented, and have the appropriate approvals prior to release. • Perform wire and ACH instruction verification callbacks to confirm payment details • Download, organize, and upload monthly bank statements to Document Repository System (BOX). • Address all treasury requests timely and professionally. • Maintain open communication between Treasury/Loan Servicing and other departments. • Uphold Broadstreet’s Treasury internal control standards. Internal Communications • Drive internal communications cadence across the firm: planning communication for major changes, coordinating firm-wide messages, supporting consistent flow of information across teams. • Coordinate firm-wide training and change management workshops to support adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working. • Own the operational side of People Ops: onboarding and offboarding process design, performance and review cycle coordination in partnership with HR, professional development logistics in partnership with HR. General • Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve departmental processes, productivity, and efficiency while supporting the adoption and implementation of new products, enhancements, and systems. • Support and deliver on special projects, research, and analysis as assigned, ensuring work is completed accurately, timely, and in alignment with departmental objectives. Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan servicing and/or treasury; 2+ years of experience with banking, mortgage, or financial services companies preferred. • Associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or accounting, other degrees considered; will consider a combination of education and experience for the right candidate. • Strong reasoning skills and Independent decision-making capability • Experience with loan servicing software and processes (required) • Treasury portal and software, spreadsheet, and database experience (preferred) • Strong mathematical skills with ability to apply them to loan related calculations such as interest accruals, discounts/premiums, loan participations, etc. • Strong customer service, and communication skills. • Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems. • The desire to learn, take on new projects, and advance current skills. • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and outside business professionals. • Strong attention to detail.
