We are seeking a Corporate Strategy & Planning Sr. Manager to work remotely on contract basis. The role will have responsibility working with the VP of Corporate Strategy and Business Unit (BU) presidents to drive the enterprise strategic planning process and growth initiatives at Broadridge. THIS IS A 2 MONTH CONTRACT WHERE YOU WILL WORK REMOTELY Job Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end strategic planning process and cadence engaging with BU and Finance partners Manage underlying strategic planning excel model that aggregates BU-level strategic planning projections into an enterprise view across all relevant financial metrics (revenues, expenses, EBITA, EPS) Engage with executive stakeholders to develop strategy synthesis and implications for Broadridge Design, support, and drive on-going strategies that lead to a compelling portfolio of corporate growth opportunities for Broadridge Work with the BUs to formulate and advance on-going strategy and planning for opportunities at the BU level. Help translate that portfolio of opportunities into tangible growth and earnings. Collaborate with the Business Units (BUs) to translate strategies into targeted actions and programs and to drive the initiatives Identify and drive key critical initiatives at the corporate and BU levels which support growth (e.g., business building, product management, pricing and operations), including, potentially, championing specific acquisition opportunities. Lead and deliver other key projects as requested. Qualifications: Excellent academic background; undergraduate degree coupled with graduate degree in business from a top-ranked university. Strategy management consulting work experience in an intense work environment ideally gained in managerial/ leadership positions with increasing responsibility within a blue-chip consulting firm or in strategy / corporate development roles in the finance or technology sector Deep experience with Corporate Finance, M&A modeling and hands-on experience with Excel Experience in the financial services / fintech sector in the institutional segments of the business Experience in a fast-paced setting; enthusiastic about the potential strategic options facing Broadridge, and ability to drive initiatives hands-on while rallying the necessary support and resources. Experience working in the context of a large, complex, global organization where working across boundaries, developing strong organizational relationships, and leading through influence are keys to success. Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must. A passion for technology entrepreneurship, innovation, lean start-up principles, digital content, AI and big data would be helpful.
