Role Summary The focus: Digitized processes and Oracle enterprise applications (with a specialty in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning & Product Lifecycle Management) The goal is clear: Excellent business processes with Oracle® digitization solutions! You will collaborate closely with customers to design intelligent, efficient business processes in which modern, market-leading digitalization technologies can fully develop their potential. Role Level This role is best suited for a Lead / Senior Solution Consultant who can: • Own solution design for complex workstreams and drive decisions with customer stakeholders • Lead workshops, guide process standardization, and translate business needs into Oracle Cloud design. • Mentor junior consultants and help shape delivery quality, estimates, and approach. Specialty Emphasis: Oracle Cloud SCM Planning & PLM We are specifically seeking depth in one or more of the following areas: Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning • Demand Management / Forecasting, Supply Planning, Planning Central, S&OP (where applicable) • Planning organizations, collections strategy, planning data model and parameters. • Integration touchpoints across Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Costing Oracle Cloud PLM • Product Information Management (PIM), item, and structure governance • New Product Development (NPD) concepts, change orders / change control, approvals, lifecycle management. • Item master quality (attributes, UOM) and cross-functional impacts (AML/ASL as applicable) Highly favorable: additional SCM execution and/or Financials experience (e.g., Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, OM/Logistics; Costing and accounting impacts of supply chain transactions). A variety of tasks await you. • Analysis and improvement of business processes, including workshops for process visualization and documentation using Horus® business process tools and best practice reference models • Develop requirement specifications for configuration and for customer-specific extensions/integrations, following a standardized procedure; define suitable test cases. • Design, configuration, personalization, and testing of business processes in: • Oracle Cloud Applications (emphasis on SCM Planning & PLM) • Oracle E-Business Suite (not required, but favorable) • Conceptual design of data migration and support in data transformation, cleansing, and migration execution • Support of organizational change management, including planning and implementation of training and coaching measures • As required, support customers in the operating phase (issue resolution, maintenance, and continuous improvement) You bring to the table. • Degree in industrial engineering, information systems, information management, business administration with IT affinity, computer science with business affinity • Responsible use of digital technologies and AI with the goal of creating sustainable human user experiences. • Excellent communication skills, organization and structuring skills, diligence in creating documentation and presentation materials, and English language skills.
