CRM Developer at BMI, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining applications on the Salesforce platform. Working closely with product leaders and under the guidance of the lead developer and Salesforce technical architect, you will help optimize CRM solutions that support business goals and improve operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. - You will collaborate with product leaders to understand and translate needs into technical solutions. - You will assist in customizing Salesforce features and workflows. - You will support the lead developer and technical architect in implementing best practices. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce environment. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement. - You will document development processes and maintain technical documentation. - You will stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and industry trends. What You Bring: - 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce development or related CRM platforms. - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. - Basic understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment. - Good communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bonus Points If You Have: - Salesforce Developer or Administrator certification. - Experience with integration tools like REST/SOAP APIs. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Prior experience in the music or entertainment industry.
