Job Title: CRM Developer Company Overview: Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) is a leading music rights management organization dedicated to supporting songwriters, composers, and music publishers. Role Overview: As a CRM Developer at BMI, you will play a critical role in building, testing, and maintaining applications on the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and technical teams to enhance our enterprise CRM services, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. What You'll Do: - You will develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. - You will collaborate with the Director and Senior Director of Enterprise CRM Services to align development efforts with strategic goals. - You will work under the guidance of the lead developer and Salesforce technical architect to implement best practices. - You will perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. - You will maintain and update existing Salesforce applications to improve functionality and user experience. - You will document development processes and provide technical support to end-users. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform. - You possess strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. - You have experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration. - You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - You have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Salesforce Developer or Administrator certifications. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of other CRM platforms or related technologies. - Prior experience in the music or entertainment industry.
