The Solution Engineer / Network Security Specialist will work with Brixio and Cloudflare teams to architect and propose solutions to enterprise clients. They will also deploy and manage Cloudflare solutions and support L2/L3 escalation for incidents.
Candidates should have 5+ years in network or security engineering and 2+ years hands-on with the Cloudflare platform. Familiarity with high-availability network design and strong documentation skills are also required.
Primary Responsibilities: Work with Brixio and Cloudflare teams to architect, scope, and propose solutions to enterprise clients. Deploy and manage Cloudflare solutions (Magic WAN, Magic Transit, Zero Trust, WAF, CDN, etc.). Support L2/L3 escalation for Cloudflare incidents, configuration, troubleshooting. Drive technical validation, proof-of-concept, and customer onboarding. Provide configuration automation (Terraform preferred), CI/CD tooling collaboration. Write SOPs, runbooks, architecture diagrams for reuse in PS/SE engagements. Experience: 5+ years in network engineering or security engineering 2+ years hands-on with Cloudflare platform (Magic WAN, Magic Transit, WAF, ZTNA) 2+ years client-facing (consulting, pre-sales, or TAM roles) Familiar with high-availability network design, firewall migration, DNS security Strong documentation habits and experience using Confluence/Jira/Git Required Certifications (minimum 2 of the following): CCNP Enterprise or Security Fortinet NSE 4+ Cloudflare Zero Trust or equivalent AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate ITIL v4 (for pre-sales/service delivery alignment) Bonus: Terraform Associate, Azure Security Engineer, or JNCIA/JNCIS Language Requirements: Native or fluent Arabic (GCC dialects preferred) Fluent English (written and spoken for documentation and calls) Soft Skills: Ability to hold high-stakes conversations with CISOs and IT leads Can challenge clients constructively when they make bad design decisions Pressure-resilient: doesn’t fold during go-live or production incident Team-oriented but owns delivery. This person should think like a consultant, not a task-taker.
